User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
It provides useful info for me to know how each of my family members and me are doing on data usage. Very easy to get more data and roaming data when I need it and to pay bills. Not good to show info about unbilled charges and constantly the app logs off.
The App Store guidelines EXPLICITLY mention that developers should never use push notifications for promotional or marketing purposes. I get push notifications almost every week, and what’s worse if I launch the app, the badge number reflects the unread messages in my “inbox”. Hello? It’s not my inbox if you’re using it for spam! I expect the inbox to be service-related, urgent and high priority notifications like if my auto payment had failed for whatever reason. Please update the app to remove this garbage, or at least provide users a way to opt out of these, as should be the case when you decided to spam your users with garbage promotional messages.
The other features of viewing your data balance and pay bill is ok. I don’t like the notification red number when the inbox is filled with your ad that I’m not interested in. I’m thinking of deleting the app from my phone, or at least move it to the end pages. This app always have slow response to check the Maxis rewards page. Wish they still have McD promos
The app was frozen after left running at background, many times. Need to kill and reopen, make the whole process & experience not effective. Please improve!
Problems logging in and after unsuccessful attempts requires customer to call to reset password (after listening to automated menus to press this and that blablabla....). Why make it so difficult when all I want is just to view my statement which is no longer sent via emails?
