Not having to touch the screen at the lockers is a great idea. It would be even better if they offered an Apple Watch app too. Especially now people are often out walking or running without their phones. Watch support would be amazing. It would also be nice if there was a way to “turn off” Luxor box availability temporarily. Sometimes I would rather the carrier deliver an item to my door. Having the ability to turn off the carriers ability to deliver to the box would be very helpful.

So many people are complaining about it not working- it is in limited release! As in, unavailable unless you received the email as they roll the app out. It scares me how many people are blindly downloading things without reading about them first. Luckily this is just an innocuous package app. Anyway, everything has been working just fine for me so far, and I’m glad Luxer finally pulled the trigger in this app!

I’ve gotten my app setup at my apartment and it works well for a few weeks, unlocking lockers from my phone, but every few weeks I have to reinstall the app because it no longer connects to the built in iPad. After a reinstall it works fine, but obviously a bug that needs to be fixed

I downloaded the app when I received the email invitation. Sign up was easy and when I used it for the first time the app opened my package locker within 10s of my request. Dev- I would add the option to sign but other than that it worked seamlessly and I couldn’t ask for more.

I signed up using the email mentioned on my initial email...then when I setup my password and go to login it is telling me my credentials are incorrect? Even though I JUST created my new password using the email that was mentioned in my setup directions to use? This is not better at the moment...I’ll just take my texts and codes to type in for right now, thanks.
