LES MILLS On Demand

I have been attending Les Mills classes at my local gym for well over 10 years and I have to say I got addicted - I absolutely love the format, the music and the results you get. Having had my children and a very busy work / life schedule me and my husband decided to convert our garage into a home gym so that we could save the time it takes to travel and make working out more accessible. I trialled this app straight away and haven’t looked back! I can workout when it suits me and choose the classes I want - “on demand”! The videos are easy to follow and you easily forget you’re not in a room full of people. The instructors are excellent and explain every detail of what you should be doing and feeling to push yourself to get results! With this app you are being trained by the experts and along with the emails that you receive to guide and motivate the whole thing is absolutely brilliant - do it for yourself now!

It gives me the flexibility to be a working mom that loves to workout! I go to work 4 days a week and that’s too long really for me to be away from my nearly 3 year old daughter. I tried going back to the gym, but I always felt guilty in case she woke up when I was out. Her father was with her but it’s not the same! So now I wait until my daughters asleep and feel happy in the fact that I can do what ever class I fancy, I have weights at home and do body pump and combat the most really. I always encourage people at work to keep fit and for me there is no excuse... I work out to feel normal and if I don’t, I just don’t feel right. I get married in a few weeks so have just stepped up my game :) hence I’m just about to do combat! Love it!! Many thanks Lisa

I have spent hours in the gym over the years even joining a 24hr gym to be able to go anytime. Often doing body pump/ spin and hit classes. However my job involves long 12-14 hr shifts so I often can’t make the classes or am too exhausted to go after work. This app is brilliant I downloaded it 4 days ago and it fits in with my job, I can do short or long classes according to how much time I have. I have bought the body pump equipment so can now do that too! I love it and now have the motivation to exercise everyday. The instructors are great, motivating with clear instructions. I love the GRIT classes and have lost 4lb in a week. I love this app and will be doing 2hrs worth today!! It’s addictive 😀

The first gym I ever joined offered Les Mills classes and I fell in love with BodyBalance. Feeling chilled but strong? Hell yeah! When I moved, finding a gym with the classes that fit my routine proved tricky so I gave the online subscription a go and haven’t looked back. It’s made me try other classes and start scheduling them around my life, 30 minutes or 55 minutes pro or no - at least the tv/laptop/phone doesn’t hear you yell, ‘how am I supposed to bend that far?!’ The instruction videos are great for newbies or if you think you might be getting the technique wrong - though as with any fitness class the trainers take all that into account in the classes too.

Amazing app worth every penny, lost over 2 stone with bodycombat. Great for someone like me with anxiety issues which makes going to the gym hard plus being a busy mum means I can workout at home anytime. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Love this app. I’m adding to this review as I’m still in the fight the coaches are amazing and I’m adding some strength training and stretches, I love music so this will forever be my favourite app/workouts if like me you struggle to enjoy reps and sets with weights using your own motivation this is definitely the workouts to try Les Mills has everything you need plus my muscle tone is on its way thank you Les Mills and all the coaches.
