I’ve tried streaming workouts before, and they were either boring, not challenging or had the worst music. I’d been going to barre classes for 2 years before giving LEKFIT a try. I wanted a new approach to defining muscle and was in desperate need of cardio that I might enjoy doing. LEKFIT gave me everything I was looking for and more. Lauren brings so much energy to her workouts and takes great care to curate each class to focus on different muscle groups. Her music choices give you the drive to keep going. And because she’s streaming a real class she’s teaching, it feels like you’re right there with the group, and not alone in your living room, which was my biggest concern about replacing an in-class experience with a streaming workout. And I enjoy seeing Hannah pop up regularly to provide adjustments. Thank you for this program! But if I lived in L.A. instead of D.C., I’d definitely come to class.

I have been streaming with LEKFIT for about a year and a half. It is literally the best workout I’ve ever been engaged in. It is convenient for me at home and gives me so many options based on what my body feels like that day and what time I have - I can make the most out of each workout! The online community is absolutely amazing! So supportive and encouraging in whatever workout you choose to do - the focus is health and love. I can say that if you want to strengthen your body and have a lot of fun while doing it this is the workout for you!!

Great workouts and I definitely feel the difference!! Very difficult to hear the instructor; I would expect the audio would be better but instead it sounds like someone is recording in the studio with their phone so you’re hearing a lot of echo and other sounds so most of the time you can’t hear what she says. Also, workouts are super limited and disorganized. I’ve used quite a few apps similar to this and this is the most limited and disorganized of the bunch. I’m a huge fan of LEKFIT so I was disappointed in the app. Sorry Lauren! I’m hoping it gets better.

I was excited to try LEKfit streaming based on other reviews and hype. I work really long hours so it is nice to be able to workout at home. I’ve found the videos to be poor quality, it’s difficult to hear what she is saying and she also does not provide much instruction other than to squeeze or hold. She doesn’t seem to check on anyone’s form in the live class either but maybe it’s different in person. The moves are very repetitive too. I’m still going to stick with it for a little and see if I notice a difference.

I’ll caveat that this was my first time trying Lekfit - wanted a low impact toning exercise that would make me sweat! I am also someone who considers herself to be in shape, works out 5-6x per week with cycling, barre and HIIT. However - Did not enjoy the classes through the app at all. The instructors give literally zero instructions on where you should be feeling complicated movements and how to compete them, and it’s hard to see on the stream the details of the move. The only cues they seem to give are “LIFT!” “SQUEEZE!” which you will hear about 200x a class - and that’s just not helpful enough.
