LEGO® Brawls

We just added Apple Arcade and this game is our favorite. We have an issue with our characters always syncing and when we have a brawl three characters are the same and my husband can be someone different. Our two iPads were originally set up with my apple account, we are trying a lot of different things to have the characters not sync and am not being successful. I created each child an apple id thinking this would help but it hasn’t. Does anyone have a solution?

I was playing a game a couple of months ago, unlocked all power-ups and all characters, but then stopped because there was no point to continue playing without new maps/stuff. When I saw that the update came out just recently, it was the only reason I decided to renew my AA subscription. However, when I updated the game and tried to open it, it was just white screen and nothing was functional. I repeated it multiple times, but it didn’t work, so I decided it would be best to delete the game and download it again from the App Store. However, when I did this, I discovered that ALL my progress was wiped. There was literally nothing left of what I spent more than a month grinding when the game just went live. This is ridiculous and I obviously won’t start playing the game over from nothing, and I want a refund on the Apple Arcade subscription, which I renewed just to play this game — only to find out 3 minutes after renewing that everything disappeared from my account.

When this game first came out i was having a blast playing it. All the sudden, i can’t get it to load? And I’ve also reinstalled the app on all my devices and still nothing. let me give an ex: Since it’s the holiday theme, it will load to where the snowman appears ... then .................................. nothing. I let the game sit for about 45 min when i left for the store. When i arrived home, the game was still stuck on the same screen. I don’t know what else to do but to give up and find another game to play? Like I said, I’ve reinstalled several times ..... i even made sure my arcade sub was paid for and it sure is.

This game is so terrible. First, There’s brawl. The only and worst mode in the game. It’s so terribly made. You get matched up with people that have been playing for longest amount of time (8 yr olds) I’m over here playing brawl for the first time and I get random beginner noobs on my team, and on the enemy team Everyone has cool costumes and weapons, This is not fair. I’ve been playing for an hour now just trying to win 1 game. I keep getting matched up with actually brain dead noobs that don’t even know how to move. This game has terrible controls. If I have a rocket and I move slightly on the left side of my screen to turn left and I click my rocket...It goes left. I will rate more stars when this game actually works like any other regular game would that cost money.

My kids had stopped playing for the past two weeks because they had everything. With the new updates, they’ve been playing non stop this evening and excitedly showing each other all the new stuff. I’ve noticed much more competitive matches with the new match-making system. Kudos to everyone who has worked on this game and the update. Thank you! Hardware: We’ve had no troubles using iPad Mini 5 and iPhone XS Max on iOS 13.3.
