The KeyLyst application is an agent and consumer facing real estate application. It enables the entry of properties for sale by owners (i.e. For Sale By Owner) and also by licensed real estate agents so that other users have visibility to properties that might not be public elsewhere. The application uses geolocation services to try and match a person's location to public property data so users don't have to enter as much information (initially limited to major areas in Oklahoma). Users from areas outside of those supported in Oklahoma can enter all property information. Entry of a property in the app includes standard fields (i.e. beds, baths, sq.ft., price, etc.) along with the addition of a property photo. The application includes search capabilities for users to find properties via a list and map view. The application also includes a My Properties section for users to manage the properties they have entered. There is a tutorial built into the app as well.
