I have called the 1-877 number every single day since I purchased this app trying to get it to work! I say this app is a SCAM! I’d give anything if I read the reviews. The app doesn’t work. It says it cannot find my location when trying to purchase tickets or play games, but can find my location when I want to know the nearest retailer. To me it’s a scam to just get you to deposit your money. Because once it’s deposited you can not play or purchase anything with your money. Plus you can not get your money back after it’s been deposited. App works for getting the winning numbers, taking your money and helping you find a retailer 🤦🏼‍♀️ Please do not deposit any money to this app!!! I have even tried connecting on a computer but get the same error message, that it can not find my location.

It’s the single issue that prevents this app from being fun for users and an even bigger money maker for KYL. It simply won’t work reliably to detect your location as it uses the IP address instead of your actual device location. Using IP is a cheap and easy way out for the developer - the app should be built to gain permission to use actual device location services like most other better developed apps. It won’t allow purchases on an LTE cell signal or satellite internet because of this, so be careful about adding money unless you’re in a home or business WiFi spot with an IP address hard wired to a physical address. Otherwise it will allow you to add money, but then immediately block your purchase saying your not in KY....as you sit in a parking lot in Lexington...

This app is so deplorable and non-functional I am having difficulty believing it remains on the App Store. The KLC should be nothing less than embarrassed about the performance and continued availability of this app. Users must login and agree to the Terms of Use with every single use of the app, and after that any function is a total gamble —how appropriate— as to whether it will work at all. No single function seems to work well with regard to checking tickets, buying tickets or getting game information. There are, however, two things the app does very well. It collects your data —in accordance with the Privacy Policy, of course 🤷🏼‍♂️— and it will allow you to deposit money into your account flawlessly. KLC... please please please repair this “app,” develop a new one, or just remove it altogether. PLEASE? 😐

Decided that I wanted to regularly purchase tickets for drawings. This app was supposed to make this easy, not just for purchasing but to receive notifications of results. As it turns out it does neither easily or efficiently. I was able to purchase one ticket for multiple draws, but without remembering myself when the last draw is for the purchase I am uncertain when I need to purchase again. On top of that it charged me double the rate for each draw. Since then I added more money to my account, but have not been able to purchase any tickets. It might be a good thing as I will spend less money, but the instant games rarely work so after finally getting to play one I simply gave up on that. Overall, I do not believe this app is providing the services it was designed to do. The only reason I have not yet deleted and thus stopped throwing money at the lottery is because I have purchased multiple draws and I have a balance of usable funds which I cannot withdraw.

I've used this app for a long time. Unlike some users, I have had no trouble with the location. While purchasing tickets through the app is easy enough, I'm never sure if the results are a win or not. Mostly I use it to check tickets I buy retail and to look at jackpot values. Tonight it kept telling me it was unable to get the ticket results. I recommend incorporating biometrics to streamline the login process. Also the user interface could use some work as it is a little clumsy.
