User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I think it’s great. Such a fast option. Also gives the staff a chance to get to know you. Sometimes it updates and makes you update your credit card. I do wish we could set a pick up time as well as track your drinks. A mobile drink tracker to count your drinks for points would be awesome.
First of all I love Journey’s Coffee Co. and I visit their Fairfield location often. I work right across the street so it’s convenient and the food is delicious! That being said the app needs HELP!! It’s 2019 and we can do better! •There is no free text option. There are some items that don’t have the select/option that you want, a free text field would be awesome! •You can’t scheduled a time for pick up. When using the app you have to order it and run over. I guess it’s not that big of a deal but I would be nice to schedule your order. ♥️
