Island King

Hello! This game is one that I totally enjoy playing! I do have one issue though. I purchase the King Pass when it becomes available and love being able to get the extras given! As for this time.. my spin tab isn’t working for some reason and I have to close my app, go back into the app to ply and then spin two to three times and do it all over again. It’s messing up the time I have to earn what’s needed for the King Pass I purchased 😏 I hope this issue gets resolved soon. This game helps with the frustration I sometimes have. They ripped me off and won’t make it right! I had 30 days from the date of purchase to complete kings pass. I purchased it on October 24, 2019. They have avoided fixing this issue or acted like they don’t comprehend my easy to read emails explaining their error and how it could be corrected. This is hogwash, once again. They should keep an eye on the event and make sure it isn’t removed from someone’s account before the expiration date. The last time I logged in it said I had nine days left, and the next day king pass was gone! When I contacted them for the first time about this matter, I was told that they didn’t even have a record of me purchasing king pass. I then provided them with my receipt, and instead of doing the honorable and fair thing by correcting their error (the only fair solution is to be given the three wild cards because I was almost to that level before they took king pass off my account). I have received about six replies, and every one of them is a bunch of hogwash, and they treat my like I am stupid. I have enjoyed playing island king, but I am so sick of trying so hard just to get what I am due and paid for and worked hard for, that I am completely sick of the game. I spent a lot of money on this game. They have ruined something that was very fun to me.

I really like this game because it’s easy to get coins and cards and spins. There are many different aspects to the game as well, so you’re not just spinning, you’re doing puzzle pieces and contributing to your tribe, and you help beat the octopus, etc. I would have given 5 stars if the game did not cheat me. Up until today this game has been so fun! I always do 3x’s the spin, well right now there is an incentive bar for when you hit a certain amount of attacks it rewards you. Well in total I hit the attack button 4 times (which equals 12 times) I was already at 12/18 spins to get my 8.5 million coins. So I hit 24/18 but never received my credit. I needed that 8.5 million to Finish my island. And now I’m out of spins so I have to wait, which by the time I get enough spins my island will be ruined and the incentive bar will be reset to the next fun game. Very fun but I’m feeling cheated. Super bummed about it.

This game was really fun at first. I enjoyed playing with my girlfriend all the time. I felt like it wasn’t a struggle to get to the next island. However, with the newest update, where they added new islands, this game has become extremely greedy. It feels like the game purposely gives you less spins now so you are forced to buy one of their packages. Before it took me a few days to move to the next island, but now it takes a week or more to move on. Also the spins have become extremely unfair. Sometimes I go through 50 spins without landing on any of the special slots. Additionally, the chests have become useless because now you can buy the largest chest and just get one new card out of eight, when before I was getting atleast 3 or 4. I’ve even gotten two of the same cards in the same chest, which never happened before this update. Don’t bother with this game unless you want to spend a lot of money.

I love the game and was excited planning and playing the game, but I hated it when I got to level 34 and could no longer build another island. Now I’m stuck waiting for one whole week for another island to appear while the island that I just built for $50 million or more is now destroyed by people that I can’t protect it from As I wait for a new island I love this game before today now I hate it
