Good simple app to train tables. I wish the the app would use the conventional O2 tables (8 sets of 2 min ventilation, x seconds of apnea increasing by 15 sec) and that the app came pre-loaded with them so you could skip the “training” and pick up where you want. Similarly wish the were conventional co2 tables pre-loaded, plus I’d be nice with a Wonka style Co2 exercise with only a single recovery breath. Also wish the app would count up instead of down during apnea and tell me to “breathe”. Finally, one annoying issue with this app is that it wont stop the iPhone from going to sleep, hence you have to shut off the auto-lock/sleep function to use this app.

Great app! In just 3 days of using and doing all 3 sessions a day, my breath hold record increased by 30 seconds. If you are dedicated and complete all sessions regularly, you will see improvements in your dives. Worth the 3 dollars for sure!

It took me a while to figure out Custom Training because there are no directions. But after I figured it out, I found it to be simple, elegant and intuitive. Great tool for training. Just what I was looking for.

It's the best app for training breath hold very simple and easy to use. But I'm wondering if there is a "URL" to start the app, because I'm using a "launcher app" and I would like to add this app to it

Great app but it needs to be updated to work with the new iOS. Last update was 2014. The link to the site and support are both down. Looks like this is abandoned so going to have to find another app.
