This game was amazing when I first started. After the constant updates and maintenance they have been doing, it really has ruined the game. Why can’t they just keep things how they were. I’m speaking for my entire club when I say this. We don’t enjoy playing anymore! You guys only care about making money and not what your players think. Put everything back to the way it was. We are a diamond 1 / master team Aladin. We jump back n forth so I put both. It is unbelievable what is going on with the game. Needless to say the false advertisement of you win chips, diamonds and tickets with all event completion. This is false! They stopped doing this months ago. But failed to update it on their main screen. Also, they give the same amount of money for completing events in a gold club as they do for a diamond club. Which is not right nor fair. Speaking of today’s events I saw that a gold clubs first reward for completing license to win was 10m for each player and it was the same for our diamond 1 club. But the amount needed to complete was wayyyyy higher. I AM SPEAKING FOR ALL HUUUGE CASINO AND BILLIONAIRE CASINO PLAYERS WHEN I SAY STOP CHANGING THINGS WE HATE IT!!! BRING EVERYTHING BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!!! WE ALL UNDERSTOOD IT YOURE JUST MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR US.
HUUUUUUUUUGE LIARS!!!! I play the club games almost every day. I was playing one and was at 98%. It was going to give each of the members of my club a ton of chips. There was supposed to be another day to play. I logged out real quick to do something on my phone, and the game said it was over. I immediately contacted support detailing what happened. When I received a response, the representative clearly didn’t read my email in its entirety and responded with a copy paste answer to a question that vaguely resembled my question. I asked that someone that speaks English to please read my email and respond appropriately, and they did. The asked when it happened. My original email stated that it had just happened, so.... I responded “when I sent my email”. Their response was that I was incorrect, and that the game ended when it was supposed to. LIARS!!!! I spent, HOURS working on that game. HOURS!!! I know I couldn’t have been the only one to complain. It was a really long contest. I’m not one to not pick, but when I work hard for something working under someone else’s rules and they FAIL to complete with their side of the bargain, they are not a trustworthy company. Some of the games are obviously rigged too. It’s not statistically possible, pick squares at random 50 times and only pick the lowest possible jackpot out of 4 possible outcomes. Come on, at least make me wonder. The integrity of this company is terrible. DON’T TRUST THEM!!!
The game is a rip off. Just went through another 20 bucks and played from behind the entire time. Used to be able to use diamonds you earned to buy yourself chips and they took it away. Just no caring for their patrons. We had big spending long time members dropping out left and right from our club because of the latest rule changes. I am very close to my exit from this app after all the cash I laid out. I’ll go back to Black Diamond where customer service puts this one to shame. Black diamond service actually gives chips as a courtesy when you contact them. This Huuuge casino must be a bunch of tight wads. Don’t patronize it and go elsewhere. If I lay out cash I expect a little bit of time to have fun and not just be drained out in minutes. Re: Thanks for your response...the key words in the regulations is “gifting others” there is no reason you couldn’t have let us use chips to buy for ourselves. You already had that option so all you had to do was remove the gift to other players portion. The whole point is we play and spend and earn chips with you making the chips useless to us. Like we care to use chips to buy some silly symbol or whatever. The point is you developers could have done this in a better way and not give the shaft to your members who pay you money for coins. Now you have lost revenue by causing members to leave. Not very bright thinking on your part.
I have played huuuge and loved it. Never any real issues. Thursday night they rolled out a new game for a big league event. It bankrupted me and a lot of other ppl on our team. We have never failed to finish an event. We have been writing message to them and now at the end of event we still have not heard from them. Bringing out a new game, making it a major league event, and right before a holiday weekend. They also took away our use of diamonds to help others on the team. Seems to me like they have become heartless and only care about getting you to buy more chips so they can line their pockets. I already know their pat response, Odds of winning are the same as always, I call BS on that. Also they will say on here when responding to my rating that thanks for the review if you have problems contact customer support. We did they haven’t responded. They surely have gone down hill this year. They have lost customer service with their don’t care attitude. I am a coleader in a Platinum group and everyone in our group has complained about this game. Chatting with other from different teams, groups, during play, everyone is having the same problem and no response from customer service. I used to love this game and enjoyed playing events, loved the challenge. Not anymore, it has just become a big waste of time.
You've ruined what was a great game with greed. The changes you made to diamonds was bad enough. I understood you had to disable giving them due to Apple rules, but you could have continued to let us use them for chips for ourselves when we've lost our chips. But the changes you've made to the lottery are too much. I've spent a lot of money buying tickets, but you've gone too far with the silver and bronze levels, making them not worth the money even during higher bonus times, and you've made getting gold pieces so rare now, that it's no longer worth spending money on your app, even when bonuses are higher. You think you'll get more money this way, but you'll get much less. I'm a club leader and everyone is looking for a different slots game now that isn't so greedy that they destroyed a great game. I'll never spend another cent. I've been playing a long time and am nearing level 700, and none of your games pay off like they used to, even though you'll answer me by lying and saying you're meeting industry standards and haven't changed anything. You've also done something that bleeds all chips after a huge win. You can lie all you want, but we know this is true. You even took away social bonuses. Really stupid. You took a really fun game and made it not fun anymore.
