The app seems basically like a web app, but I'm so glad we have it. It's great to have push notifications and it's great to get great functionality than Safari.

I switched to Smartbnb a few months back, and it has LITERALLY given me my life back. Growing my short term rental management business had meant more and more time managing reservations, answering messages, etc. Once I finally sat down and took the time to set up Smartbnb, my life was forever changed. PROS: 1. Amazing guest messaging dashboard that shows all booking info for each guest, as well as snippets of info from guest profiles. Also, beautiful interface. 2. Easy to set-up — there is a bit of a learning curve; however, between the FAQs, and chat option within the website, you should be up and running in “no” time. 3. Straightforward — compared to very complex and robust platforms (ie. Guesty), Smartbnb is focused on what it does, and it definitely does it best in my opinion. (I was a former Guesty user). 4. Responsive and helpful tech support — the live chat (during business hours) is a lifesaver. That means that in the moment, while you are struggling with something, you can simply send a chat message, right from your dashboard, and receive a live, specific, detailed response. 5. Literally a Lifesaver — Smartbnb will literally give you back soooooo much time. You can rely on the system to respond to guests during various events, and for its AI to learn and respond to any questions you can imagine! CONS: 1. Bit of a Learning Curve — it takes a bit of learning, and time to set-up, but there are resources to make that process smoother. 2. Weekend Help is Rare — a quick tip — set up everything during the week, and during business hours to ensure you receive the most help possible. If you work on this over a weekend of after hours, be ready to make a list of questions to look up on your own, email or wait until support staff is available.
