I see there are always new games but they are just about never added to the app. The app needs to be updated as well. The same games over and over get very old. Payout percentages on these games are not realistic either. I gamble a lot and I can say Hollywood is by far the worst when it comes to winning. Parx is best so far when it comes to online slots. Be careful of this app. I played blackjack on it for the first time recently and am very suspect of its legitimacy. During many hands an error message would pop up in the middle of the hand. When I re-entered the game my account balance would be minus my wager for that particular hand. This instance happened way to many times for me to recommend playing here. I have been trying to cash out for over 2 weeks. It takes them 2 days for them to reply to an email saying the info I provided isn’t sufficient. You can’t speak to them personally so you can’t ask if this is acceptable or not. Sure I have an usual circumstance, but not being able to speak to someone is really frustrating. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: They did end up paying out. Waiting 2 or 3 days to receive a response is still unacceptable only to be told the same answer because said person did not read the reply. This used to pay out when they first dropped it. Now all you do is deposit and lose almost every single time. For example playing blackjack the other day I wrote the hands down lost 14 of 15 hands which is not realistic at all no matter how much they say there app passes all gaming regulations and what not. Playing the casino games you can go 20-30 spins without a single win again not realistic. Not to mention the glitches and errors in the games are almost constant. Won a bonus play with the free 25 they give u and when the bonus game was loading up it froze and it kicked me out and won’t let me back into the game. Trying to contact live support but the app keeps freezing so I have to reset and rewrite what happened. Currently on my 6th time rewriting. While waiting I figured I’d just bet with what I have left from the bonus and got a sticky spin on jack hammer. While it was respinnjng the app froze and kicked me out.
