I love Hiveel! My online experience browsing car models was super simple and smooth. When I called in to reserve a car and make an appointment the associates were incredibly kind. Once visiting the location to test drive my car I was greeted warmly at the door and immediately taken to look at the car. There was no long wait time or rude associates at all. Everyone I spoke with had a smile on their face and knew exactly what they were talking about when I asked detailed questions. The whole process of test driving, trading in my old car, and the buying paperwork took less than an hour and a half. I had an amazing experience here and I recommend Hiveel to anyone looking for an excellent customer experience and quality cars!

I enjoyed using this app A lot and though it worked very well. I got the app when we were looking for a used car and it was a big help to our searching when we were out looking. I really liked that we could see a car we liked and can chat to the dealer and saw condition of the car

I do like this app very much. I plan to sell my car on this app in 1 month, I ranched it and just found so many services and coupons! I will definitely use it frequently in the future! If you have anything to do with cars you have to try this app, I had great experience using this app, it could even answer your question about car financial services. Although there are many details to be fixed, it is already good enough for me so far. No dearlership is the most important reason that I choose Hiveel, but it could provide reliable vehicles because cars listed on Hiveel are all hand-picked, so I do trust in it.

Very unprofessional from start to finish. This is a terrible app for sellers. Maybe for buyers it is different....not sure. After loading up all the info twice(the first time I got booted out after I filled out all info and loaded up all my pics)I finally get ‘approval’ for my listing then they say I my car is all set....it’s listed. It was not. Then I went to live chat for help and I’m still waiting to be helped....over an hour later. Too much frustration for just trying to sell my car.

Hello! I’m trying to sell my car on this app. However I tried posting all my info and pictures but it’s not working. I filled up all info and inserted all pictures needed but when I’m on last screen which says “post” I hit it and it keep saying “error check your network and try again”. The first time I thought it was my internet but I later tried it three times from my phone internet and home wifi but it keep saying same thing. Can anyone help please? THANK YOU!!
