In life, when it comes to health I believe the best offence is a good defence. Meaning it is much easier to defend against illness than it is to defeat it. However this isn't to say that changes to your lifestyle when you have a condition can't cause dramatic changes for the better. This app was inspired by my own personal experience with severe eczema. The biggest change for me was realising that nightshade vegetables cause inflammation in the body for some people, cutting out those alone helped me dramatically and now I am eczema free! I truly believe that most conditions have something to do with your diet and that's why I hope this app helps a lot of people. Here's to a healthier, happier, YOU!!!
