You have locked me out saying not supported when I have been using iCloud for my email for the past 4 plus years. Yesterday I could get my emails today it’s not supported. I have tried to find out why but u chose to send me on a total run around. I don’t know how u could say access it from any device when I can’t excess it from the one it started on. Nobody will help me. Meanwhile I have emails that need my attention quickly and I can’t get to my iCloud email from any where. I know I will not hear from anybody. I can’t even create a new account. So you can go to . Thanks for no support and locking me out. It’s my email it’s my device and still I can’t get to mi iCloud from anywhere. Best regards Deena
Did they ever do a customer focus study of this app before placing it? I've never given a one star for anything but this is a case of really wanting to give it zero stars. I would be hard-pressed to say anything good about this app. There is a very weak voice who has not been coached as to how to successfully do a voiceover. The ad for the headphones appears constantly and with the Errol you initially think this is the way to move this along. Don't waste your time, it is a poor reflection on who ever thought this was a good training vehicle.
I am running iOS 12.4.1 for software. When I open the app it just crashes and goes back to the home screen where all the apps are and every time I do that it is does that and when I open it from the app switcher it does the same thing where it goes back to the home screen. It works on my old iPad in iOS 10 but that’s beside the point I’d like it to work on my new iPad

this is trying to sell me stuff make me watch the video subscribe me to several free service is temporarily and then I will have to pay for them if I forget to unsubscribe from them and then they want me to watch more videos and more videos in the then it's got buy more things everywhere I don't want to buy anything!! delete app and run from it! and then file a complaint about it
