How this application will help you: • Select a goal. We have many tips or you can come up with your own! • Easily track progress. The familiar and intuitive interface allows you to mark off the days on which you are one step closer to your goal • Keep statistics. Don't remember how you coped last month? Just click on the target to reveal the calendar • Reminders.
