App works well, but the timeliness of this company is AWFUL. You select a two hour window for delivery to be done, and that’s when it’s supposed to be dropped off. Of the ten or so times I’ve ordered, ONE has been delivered in the two hour window. It’s always an hour or so late. Ridiculous. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll select a time window two hours before I’m planning on it being dropped off. Notoriously late. Completely unprofessional. Two stars just bc it’s delivery and the food is worthwhile. Also, they waste an insane amount of plastic/styrofoam on their produce.
Seriously guys you should download this app! They have lots of products and they deliver on time 😍 definitely gonna use Getbaqala again!!
I used the app for quite sometime. The orders used to be delivered on time and with accurate types and quantities. Lately the level of service went down. Orders are delivered late, items are incorrect and there are some missing items. The only way to contact is live chat with working hours shorter than the delivery times leaving the customers without any method to contact them in case there is an issue.
This is the most amazing idea and the most convincing way when your running late for a party and need to go for shopping ..! The best service I have ever came across.
