Free Hypnosis

after our mum passed last 1 october, i came across Josphs hypnosis app which saw me through many sleepless nights. I have strongly felt the loving essence Joseph and his entire team all exuded in their care toward me and so many suffering souls without asking for a single penny or loads of personal data as a condition to obtaining free hypnosis and hours and hours of free uplifting recordings. I have had no less than 6 bereavements this year and Joesph and his team have sent me messages of support which were both unexpected and much appreciated. I feel I cant adequately recognise their service to humankind and all their very spiritual hearts for which i have immense gratitude. That the world would have more hearts like Joseph and his teams. What a truly inspiring man who has given away so much for free just because he knows what it is to be in deep lows and he wanted to give back to life and humanity - I feel it so sad that we all take time to complain but not enough people take the time to congratulate true unmotivated service and love to human kind. Today i wanted to take that time to say a great big THANK YOU to Joseph and all his team. May all the love and timeless devotion you extend to others return to you like a boomerang.

I’ve never written a review before, but I feel compelled to do this as a thank you to Joseph for all the help he’s given me over the past few years for free. I heard Joseph’s plea. He said his mission is to help as many people as he can. And I believe him. I know this is not about making money, as this is the only app that has helped me when I’ve been down or elevated me when I’ve been up, and it has never cost me a penny. All the others have subscription fees or in-app purchases to get access to any help. Joseph has hundreds of free recordings which he adds to regularly which are helpful. He knows his stuff, his teachings are focused and profound. He can change even the most inflexible mindsets i.e. mine! I believe good things happen when you feel good. Joseph can get you there. I am over 50 years old and I have severe ADHD. I have been diagnosed 8 years ago. Medications can only help with focusing, then you have to learn to cope with all of life’s traumas by yourself. There is no real knowledge of how to help ADHDs adjust to the conventions of society, it’s each man for himself. This hypnosis app has covered every angle of my recovery, step by step; from PTSD, fear of exams, stage fright, fear of failure, fear of success, anxiety, anger management, insomnia and even manage to be somewhat tidy and organised. I realise I am still not as normal as my husband and that I might never be, but life with me now is way more bearable than it was before I started treating myself with this hypnosis app. Coming from the Middle East, PTSD is as common as the flu. I have found myself recommending this app to countless people and have used it on myself and my kids. All’s well that ends well.

For the last 3-4 years now I have been listening to Joseph Clough’s podcasts and bought access to all his hypnosis tracks on the app. I went into this tentatively, listening ti the free tracks then buying one hypnosis track and eventually full access. This was 3 years ago and I can honestly say one of my best purchases ever. I have been listening to the tracks almost every night until now. Th tracks, and podcasts especially got me through some really difficult times and challenges in my life. Just want to finally say, thank you thank thank you!

Fantastic app. I originally downloaded in an attempt to declutter my mind. Since then there has been a dramatic event in my life and I feel that I have been able to cope much better as a result of the hypnosis sessions. I went the whole hog and paid to unlock all content and it is absolutely worth every penny. Especially being able to customise a track to address specific personal issues. I cannot recommend this enough to those who are interested.
