1. Please remove the redundant animation after application startup. Both the cashier and I have to wait for like 3 seconds for the animation to finish. 2. Please include category for the stores. Sometimes I want to search the mall by a certain category but it is not possible in the app. I have to go to your websites to do that.

When I tried to use the app at the mall, it prompts me to sign in again and again. Tried logging in many times to no avail. I reset my password and got the confirmation but when I login it tells me again it’s invalid. Should make this an easier app for people to use, like login via fingerprint or just auto login one time. I’m deleting this... forget about the points.

Good for the first time, but on an on-going basis, i would rather that the app launch straight to the home screen. each time i have to wait at the cashier to scan for my loyalty points and that precious seconds of waiting for the splash screen is a tad too long.

I see that the app has now revised the store directory to facilitate search by category of the retailers in the mall. However, the “search for stores” option did not seem to accept data input from user if it was intended to do so. If not, then this feature is totally useless.

Same problem with all the feedback that are already given but nth is done to improve it. Every time the app load, it prompt for one time verification even thou already done before. Hence cannot proceed with login. Re-download the app. And my points and redeem gift card is gone.
