Frankie and Benny's

I am not doing a review on the restaurant just on the app. This app was good until the new update!!!!! I was able to log in on the old one and was looking forward to my birthday treat !!! However I TRIED to log onto the app with the new update and it just won't let you and when I tried signing up again, even that would let me!!!! I really wanted to log in, to see all of my vouchers as my family think that they are wonderful however I can't get even close to logging in. I have tried everything; changing the password several time, trying different passwords, signing into a new account but every time it comes up with "the password/email field is needed" . Even when it tells me to reset my password and I do so it doesn't even work as it keeps on coming up with the error message,and this isn't just happening to me.

First time for the two of us tonight, we were going for something to eat before the pictures, in Ashford. Had a two dine for £25 voucher, and thought why not.. Started with the dough ball sharer, then I had chicken skewers and my wife had carbonara. Accompanied with 1 side salad, and 1 plain chips, and a bottle of wine. Served by Sally, who was very attentive all evening, without being too over-bearing. The food was served very quickly, and was extremely tasty and plentiful. So much so, that we over ate, and so went home without going to the flicks. That will keep for another time, when we can also re-visit Frankie & Bennies. Might leave the starter out next time tho. Great food, great prices and great service. Thank you Sally, and to Frankie & Bennies. Definitely be returning.

We always get great service well cooked fab meals price friendly family environment to I have recommended franki and bennies to my friends and staff where I live I must admit at least they keep the set menu to always have food on offer in stock not like other places do franki and bennie ace our favourite family restaurant from here on out plus my supportive housing family go there now to. They went tonight they prefer it to the weaver family environment friendly service great choice of menus

Only downloaded the app because of a large group going to my local f and bs this week, I did this because it's not worth lying what they charge when you consider how long you have to wait any kind of service and the staff aren't the best either and I was hoping for the £10 off. It won't let me set up an account, just refreshes the page when you try. Group booking is now being moved to nandos because 6 members of the group have had the same. It's a shame as this app has been a god send when we went for breakfast before, we were waiting 25 minutes for our bill because the only server went and hid behind the bar, it's just doesn't work anymore. (Gotta say I'm really confused about why people are reviewing their local restaurants, this is about the app, it's not trip advisor lol)

Downloaded this app in April 2019 but old log-in didn't work (this can happen sometimes when systems get redesigned/overhauled). So I tried to re-register but when putting in my email address and clicking continue, the login page just resets itself. Also went on to the Gift Vouchers page and couldn't get back from that page. There seemed to be no way to get back to the main home page of the app (tapping the Frankie and Bennies logo does nothing). Ended up having to uninstall and then, deciding to give it another chance, I reinstalled it. I tried to register several more times and the page kept resetting itself again and again. Lost patience and just uninstalled the app. In its current state (April 2019) it just doesn't work.
