User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
My work uses this app for scheduling and it’s not very user friendly. It is crashing constantly and I’m always getting kicked out of it. There are way too many bugs with this app. Currently I can’t even put in a request off for months in advance because it keeps telling me “the shift has started”. If you have a say in what your company uses, recommend something else.
My restaurant uses this for a ton of stuff but I mostly use it for scheduling servers. It’s way easier than what we used to use and my team members actually use and love the app. They always know exactly when they’r working and can pick up extra shifts when they want to. The fact they can see their pay stub is awesome too - thanks!
This is the worst scheduling app / website I’ve ever had to use as a server. So not user friendly and you can’t change anything about your preferences. Not to mention everything is in military time and there’s no way to change that either....you can’t even log out unless you delete the app and redownload it. I can’t understand why my company would pay to use this. Make some updates please.
The app keeps telling me I have the wrong password and won’t let me log in but I have no issues logging into the website. Since my company has started using Fourth it’s one issue after another. Can you just figure out how to do something right?! Do what you say you can do or don’t do it at all! Ugh...so frustrating
My workplace uses fourth for scheduling and this app doesn’t even allow me to log in with my credentials. They work just fine on the website. That being said, the website itself doesn’t always work the way it’s supposed to.
