Follett Destiny

This app is great for checking out and checking in books on the fly. It would be so great if you could select patrons from a home room list. Also there is no way to renew a book that is not in your hands for scanning. I have tried to copy the barcode that shows in the items checked out section but when you press on the barcode it just opens up more information instead of allowing you to copy.

I don't know what some other reviewers are talking about? This app works amazingly with scanning my students library cards and all our books. It's perfect for on the go check out while you're trying to help other kids find a book. Literally allows me to be in more than one place at a time. It's been a life saver with my younger grades especially kindergarten which require me to be everywhere at once. I've also been able to hand my phone to homeroom teachers to check students out with absolute ease! This is not a replacement for the full version by any means but rather an ingenious supplement!!!

I volunteer in my school's media center daily and the ability to scan and circulate on-the-go is a great feature for iOS! With prom, homecoming, and other senior events depending on student obligations, getting them cleared up is a breeze thanks to Destiny's fast speeds and this app's compatibility with our server! I'd love to see more updates in the future...perhaps inventory support maybe?

I needed an app for students to use to search for books. This is not that. This app is a scaled down version of the basic functions of destiny. Search student statuses, and even check in and out using your phone’s camera as the scanner. Really handy!

I’ve read a bunch of poor reviews about this app and I don’t get it. It works perfectly on my iPhone 7 and really comes in handy when I’m pressed for time at the end of library class.
