Decent device when it works. My biggest issue is that app does not log the history of plant data, despite previously having this ability. Why take this incredibly useful feature out? Aside from that, the sensors themselves aren’t reliable and frequently lose connection with the app, requiring battery removal to reset—this is best done with a knife; not exactly user friendly or reliable. Another issue is the inability to display multiple plants at once, or the ability to show temperature in Fahrenheit, despite this being an option.

I bought one and it didn’t work right out of the box. They sent me a replacement and it worked for 13 days. They sent me a second one. I’ve been using it for a week just fine but I do not know how long it will last. Another issue is that I have it for my large fiddle leaf tree and the sensors don’t go deep enough so it always thinks my plant is under watered. I pushed it much deeper to get a more accurate reading but that skews the light sensor to think it’s much darker than it is. The device needs to be longer so it can get an accurate moisture reading as well as light reading.

Got 5 of the sensors and connected them with no problem to Flower Care on my iPhone. They worked great for about a week, then 2 of them failed to connect. I replaced the batteries and they worked again for one day. Now they have all stopped working once until reset by removing the battery and reinserting it. I have updated the app and the devices to the 3.1.8 that was available. But not until after the first device had failed. Two have failed several times now, so something must be wrong with the hardware.

These would be great, but after a while they stop connecting to the app, rendering them useless. Taking the battery out and reinserting it makes them work again, but only for a little while before again failing. They also lose their history when reset. I have five of them, but won’t be getting a sixth.

After I first added / connected to the sensors ( I have two ) I couldn’t connect to them again. Had to rest ( take the battery out) , remove the sensors from the app and add again. All is good now. No issues and just love how clear, and easy now to manage my plants. Will update if issues arise.
