Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I have tried out a number of apps both free and paid and not all of them met my expectations. But I purchased the premium version, and it was different. I was impressed by what I saw. The app turned out to be everything I expected and more. Unlike many people who know what to do when they get to the gym, I don't, and that is the reason why I use personal trainers. To get the best out of my workout sessions, I have come to realize that I need a structured plan and some instructions. Since I never seem to know which exercise to do in a program or which body part I'm supposed to work on, I decided to get help- something that will make me look less of a novice every time I'm at the gym. With this app, I don't get confused as to what I need to do when I get to the gym. The app allows me to track my progress. I can now take short notes and record my weight loss. Since I go to the gym an average of four times every week, the preset routines work just fine for me.
I will admit that this app (if fully functional) has the potential to beat many of its competitors. However, I had a hard time figuring out whether or not it allows users to edit spelling mistakes made on custom workouts, if you record too many repetitions, or if you add a set too many. If these are all functions that are available with the $3.99 upgrade, fine - a little petty to me, but fine. The problem however is that it won't allow me to upgrade unless I'm connected to the internet, despite me being connected to the LTE network. It also caps you at a certain number of logged workouts without the upgrade. So if your gym, like mines, doesn't offer free wifi, then you have to stop your workout/recording flow, open your "Notes" app and write out the entire exercise. I know this may seem like no big deal, but when you have 45 minutes during lunch to get an actual workout in, it feels almost equivalent to watching the jackass who uses his towel as a territory marker, hog up the station you need to complete your program. My advice would be to fix these small hangups and the app would be A1.
I recently started working towards living a healthier life and it's not been easy adopting a new routine. Some time back, I downloaded this app and used it for a few days then quit. I really should not have given up. I finally went back to it and I am now reaping the benefits. The water tracker feature is amazing. I went from drinking barely any water to consuming 113 oz of water per day. The workouts are nice. I like that you engage in short workouts at the initial stage and progress to longer ones after some time. I only wish that the app could help you track calories and probably come with a diet plan. I would pay extra to have that included in the app. I am confident that this app will help me reach my goal. Thanks a lot for this great app and I would love to hear what you think about my suggestion to include a calorie tracker.
I am using this app about a week yet, but i can say that it is a worthwhile investment. No other app has made quite an impression in such a short period of time. The layout of the app is fantastic, and it is packed with a lot of information to help you get the best out of it. It comes with videos that direct you on what to do when working out. You can customize your fitness profile to suit your needs. I have observed that it is always difficult to reach your workout goals if you are not keeping track of your progress. This app allows you to note key details like your fluid intake and your weight. So you can be sure that you will achieve your goals with it. If you want to be in shape and are not yet there, don't give up yet. Try this app and see yourself becoming what you love.
I loved this app! I chose the HIIT workout first because I wanted to get a good workout in before my huge tournament this weekend. This workout helped me focus on certain areas of my body. I got to work on my core and also got to get loose and break a sweat before my tournament. I got my heart pumping and I got the blood flowing throughout my body. I like that each workout category had something specific that it was working on. I couldn’t find something that I didn’t like. Although, I think this app could make some of the workouts a little shorter because for some people I could see how they could get tired. I think this is a great app and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their heart pumping, their blood flowing and who just wants to get a good, intense workout in.
