Love how we can search all the deals on it on one app, but when I scrolled down the deals half way and had to switch app to reply messages etc, and the screen refreshes back to the top deal when I return to the app. Same issue when you tap to open a deal and go back to previous page( it refreshes to the top again) which makes it very frustrating to continue browsing

Love how I can find places I’ve never considered to go to and try these places. Through this app, I became regular customer for a few of the places I’ve tried. Can always come on here to look for gift and new experiences with my friends. love it! On the down side, many of the engaged companies take customers as ‘second class’ and those are the companies that would always leave a bad experience for me not to go back again and also would be a factor for my less usage of the app these days. Biggest issue of all is with purchasing. When I am to purchase, it tend to show me a pop up saying there’s error in my payment but when I’m to cross that pop up, it shows that I’ve purchased it. Also, I noticed another purchase made, showed that it’s void. Yet when I’m at the store, they told me it went through. Hope I didn’t pay 3 times for the same voucher. Rather unsettling when there’s a bug in purchase. That’s why the 2 stars. Still, this is my go-to app.

App is ok, but search feature is poor. Not able to produce proper search results. E.g. looking for shops with fave payment in junction 8, gives me endless info from other shopping centres when i click on partners tab. Searching for changi airport, gives me parters from old airport road?!?!? Searching for bengawan solo, shows me only parkway parade outlet, at bengawan solo page selected available at 62 other location but only shows me all other shops in parkway parade? How to let people plan their purchases like this? Messed up search. Cant be bother to depend on this app for planning.

I’m shocked to see 4.6 rating. It’s DANGEROUS to use this app since there is no option of one time credit card payment. Once u make one transaction, your credit card will be saved. If u have an unwanted order, It will cost you blood and sweat for your hard earned money to be refunded and worst part THEY ONLY REFUND U TO UR FAVE CREDITS and not to your bank account! No credibility. If you are confident with your app, why not release customers money so that they can have free will on what to do with their OWN money. Btw, they agreed to refund to ur bank with a 5 or 10% so called processing fee! Was assisted by several customer service officer and experience was very awful

Terrible customer service! Reps are dismissive, rude, and don’t try to provide explanation for my issue at all. They take a very condescending tone and seem to not care whether their customers are having a good experience at all. Definitely strongly not recommended. App is also lacking in so many areas, it doesn’t warn you at all when your cashback credits are expiring, and there’s no clear and easy way to find out when your credits are expiring. Terms and conditions and messy and not intuitive to find. There are other better discount sites/apps out there (like Vanity)!
