So my husband and I are huge fans of David Dobrik and we love watching his videos and listening to the podcast. I decided to surprise my husband with the mint hoodies through Fanjoy but I didn’t want to buy them at full price since there’s an after pay option. I tried using this when purchasing them but accidentally paid full price so I reached out to their customer service team. Not only did they respond quickly to every email I sent out, but they helped me through the process of finding how to choose the after pay option, and immediately cancelled my previous order so the refund was instant. I’ve never had such great service with any company and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re wanting to use after pay (the option that allows you to make installment payments instead of paying it all at one time) then please remember to use safari, and not google chrome and also not the app because it won’t give you the option on those browsers. Due to being a fan of Sam and Colby, I wanted to invest in a few pieces; hoodie and a phone case. At first, I was a little skeptical on placing an order due to others saying, “I never got a confirmation email,” which kind of set me off a little bit, but I ordered anyways. I got the confirmation email, which was great. It took two days for my order to be shipped, which is okay again due to me ordering on a Saturday. Overall, a great experience.
the app is fine but the customer service is terrible. I’ve spent over $2000 on their website and they are so disorganized. It literally takes months to ship items and when they do come you end up very disappointed because they are somehow flawed. Almost everything I’ve ordered have been reshipped due to them being damaged/flawed/not even the right item. when you do decide to complain about shipping time they tell you to wait, wait and wait. I mean when you pay way too much for a T-shirt you should have it on time. They mention they ship in one week but I have literally waited months for my package! It’s even worse because when you do confront them on it, they don’t do anything! I WISH DAVID AND JAKE WOULD FIND A NEW COMPANY TO WORK WITH BC THIS IS INSANE! They should be sued for false advertisement. During Black Friday they also raise their prices on that item and shipping to give discounts so really you’re not paying any less. i’m so tired of this company. they don’t care about customers. they are in it for the money and it’s sick :/
I ordered four items. Three were shipped together and I was sent tracking information on it but after over a week of not hearing about the fourth item, I wrote in asking for an update. I got a reply that said it had been delivered, listed tracking and ended with “ Please check with your local post office or your neighbors regarding this.” When I wrote back that it was kind of messed up to basically say it’s my problem to find the package and wash their hands of the problem, their reply was “ I apologize if you feel that way, Morgan. There might be a glitch on our system causing you to not receive the item.” These are cut and pasted from the emails they sent. Packages are stolen all the time, so I am always monitoring tracking on orders to prevent having to deal with things that aren’t delivered. Luckily I found the package, but what if it had been stolen days earlier because I had no idea to expect it? From their emails, I doubt they’d care.
I bought David Dobrik merch and like a few people using this app, I never received a confirmation email. I emailed them and they almost immediately replied and I was helped and the issue was resolved. However, the absence of a confirmation email seems to be a reoccurring problem. So it something that the company should fix. SOON!
