The new app update is absolutely terrible. Complete loss of communication and sharing new concert updates. It’s hard to use, hard to find other members and information from members now. It was wonderful and fun prior!! Hopefully they listen to the majority of Choir Members and change it back!!

Point distribution is only confusing aspect. Otherwise EVERYTHING you need to be your best going to Church everyday.

Very disappointed fan! I’ve done everything that the website and instructions say for the past two years! Text message didn’t work! Got an email about the technical issues! Now this application! I have paid my membership as Eric apparently doesn’t like scalpers so I thought I’d try it! All these membership is more of a scam than scalpers! I would trust scalpers than paying another year of membership! This is a joke and Very disappointing to most fans who have tried everything and got their hopes up! I’ve also tried to try reach out for my 2 reimbursement of the membership since it didn’t work the first time but came out of my bank account! I never got even a reply from the contact us page!
