I was a computer user since I was a young child, internet nerd since the late 80s and have been a iPhone user since day 1. One thing I don’t do is get frustrated with glitches and generally calmly figure things out. I have had it with this app! It has been nothing, nothing, nothing but problems! Every time I go to the theatre I have to work out the problems I had with the app with guest services. But tonight I have had it! I ordered two tickets... one with a loyalty reward and one paid. Sure enough I got a error message when I hit pay. So I restarted the app. Picked the same seats, same issue. Only now I got a text from my bank saying my account was lower then it was supposed to. Sure enough I was charged twice for the tickets yet my account showed no tickets.. So I called the theater, they blocked them out and tomorrow once again I need to go early to fix the double charge. Seriously, this is ridiculous. This is the very latest iPhone max s... I am extreme tech savvy. It’s one thing for the app to crash as I’m using it, or to lose all my previous purchases. But to tell me an error twice and charge me twice. And have to go to the theatre to figure it out every single one! Seriously get it together!

The last time we came was 1 month ago roughly. We’ve lost all of our rewards... and we come very frequently. The app literally never works now and always throws error messages at me. Wants me to update my account however won’t let. We tried to just create a new one under our other email and it won’t let us even do that. Keeps saying something went wrong. For such a great theater with a wonderful atmosphere, I’d love to see the app presence get fixed. It won’t even download the TimePlay rewards now and they expire which means we lose them. Just kind of a bummer. For as often as we come we like to receive some frequent flyer miles for it. If we can get the app changed and managed properly, I’d gladly change my rating. HOWEVER, the atmosphere at the theater is great.

Haven’t come in to imagine since day one. All the apps WORK GREAT for me & my Family! The rewards card free tickets, free medium pop, & popcorn... being able to use two small to equal a mediums. I mean we’ve had inconveniences like a broken we Recliner chair I Went and told someone about it boom free tickets/pop and popcorn for our inconvenience. One time they couldn’t get the movie to play and then We were given Voucher tickets. The seats are very comfortable honestly I can’t wait to try out the couples chair reclining seats your food brought RIGHT TO YOU AT SET!.... You gotta love that... No standing waiting for your food missing your movie... having someone bring your food order/ orders to your theater and bring it to you in your seat you can’t go wrong with that! Except for having a few minor reclining chairs that recline we’ve had nothing but great times great memories great experiences there at Emagine. I Love the TimePlay app it’s great for kids to keep them in our team and your movie knowledge

The app is pretty but it just doesn’t work. There are so many bugs that it shouldn’t have even gone to production. I’be updated my profile and when I went back into it, nothing’s updated. Plus I can’t see my birth date any longer. Huh? It also lets me upgrade to the extras paid loyalty when I already have it. Come on... Not to mention that it doesn’t sync AT ALL with the my online account. I purchased tickets online (since there was no booking fee if purchased online) but now can’t get to the tickets on the app, so what good is the app? Come on people - it’s 2019, people aren’t going to theaters anymore, and people want convenience. Seems to me that having such a crappy app will make people not want to visit Emagine theaters and opt for a better theater app.

This app is awesome for a couple things, picking a seat a head of time and saving your spot for a few minutes, also the showings at different locations and different times and in different screen types (Emax, 3D, etc),now you can’t expect the app to do twenty things at once you have to click what you want to go on and do it, can’t be going back and forth that’s when the app will re start on you, but yeah other then that all you need it for is movies times,location, and seat ordering!
