Easy Keto Diet Weight Loss App

This is the best Keto app that I've been able to find. It has it all in one package: macro set-up with goal tracking, recipes with pictured step by step instructions , daily food tracking with detailed summary and history range you select, create a shopping list right from the recipes you want to make and a very easy to use interface.

I love how there are different options for the same types of food on the tracker so the macro count is very accurate. I can’t wait for the computer version to be available as I do think it will be nice to have access to the tracker on my phone AND computer. I highly recommend!!

This app has a couple other nice features, like recipes, but I’m not that getting into that part yet. Besides, I’m such and analog person that I do paper on recipes. But a quick log on my phone - which I always have with me - is better than digging up my food journal on the run.

This app is easy to use and very helpful. Users have the ability to set their goals as well as enter the details of their life style to set daily macro needs. As you enter your consumption, your remaining nutrition needs are clearly visible. I also found the side menu tools very helpful.

I find it easy to use and the free recipes are easy to follow. But, it would be great if there is also a progress chart that makes the calories or macros or the net carbs be joined with the weight or body fat measurement... so we can track the direct effect of calories or macros or net carbs to the weight or body fat percentage.
