2.0‘E-Tabib’ is an application which will inform the users in real-time about the number of patients (both sick and recovered from COVID-19) in Azerbaijan. The app will provide daily updates on the status of COVID-19 from the Operational Headquarter under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. ‘E-Tabib’ will provide information about the locations of the COVID-19 test facilities and the addresses of relevant hospitals in Azerbaijan providing healthcare services and engaging into treatment of COVID 19 patients. The app will provide helpline for the public. ‘E-Tabib’ will provide daily statistics about infected with COVID-19 and recovered people in Azerbaijan. ‘E-Tabib’ is designed in partnership with The Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions of the Republic of Azerbaijan (TABIB). The Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) is a public legal entity established in the Republic of Azerbaijan on 20 December 2018 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 418. The main purpose of TABIB’s activity is ensuring arrangement of medical services for protection of public health at various healthcare facilities placed under its supervision and taking measures to improve the quality of medical services throughout Azerbaijan.
