It's really helpful app. Easy to reserve rooms and manage membership. But it needs more pictures for the rooms.

I just booked a Omni Hotel in San Antonio and I wanted to keep track of my awards and stay, so the customer service person told me to download the app. The first issue it was hard to find the app because the app name makes no sense “Discovery” that has nothing to do with Omni Hotel. Second issue it wouldn’t pull up my membership. Third issue I created a new one and thought I could look up my reservation and that is not an option. First time I’ve seen this in a hotel app. Fourth issue I tried to book another Omni hotel and where you choose the nights you want to stay are blank!!! What the heck the app developer needs to be fired and start over with a new app. I’m not going to get a fifth issue because I’m deleting the app. Don’t waste your time until the company takes the app serious.

The app has essential features—booking, stay history, membership card—but the membership card fails each time I try to download to Wallet. I have latest iOS and latest version of Discovery, which hasn’t been updated for nine months. That may as well be nine years. Can’t download reservations to wallet either. “The data can’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”

Why does your app only show reservations after the stay? That's stupid. Also your app constantly crashes when I click on any of the past reservations and why don't I receive the night rewards? I stayed in the room? I made room charges? What a program...geezus!

Have made reservations on website that do not show in app. Even after 24 hrs. Conversely updated address in app does not update web account info. Room Price different in app vs website.
