Desamber is a time format invented by Devine lu linvega.<br><br>Each year has 26 months of 14 days each. Each month is denoted by a letter of the alphabet: A - Z. <br><br>Each day is divided into 1,000,000 pulses. For example, noon is 500:000, 6AM is 250:000 and 6PM is 750:000.<br><br>"In the decimal format, the shortest pulse equals 86.4 milliseconds, the second shortest 864ms and so on. 1 beat, or 1000 pulses, is equivalent to 86.4 seconds, or about 1m26s. A second is equivalent to 11.57 short pulses." - Devine <br><br>--<br><br>This app shows a visual representation of the Desamber time format on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.<br><br>Questions or comments? User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
An interesting concept. Although this time concept won’t fully replace out current time format, it’s a unique experience to check on the time in this app from time to time. Somehow visually pleasant and relaxing to look at the time moving in another format.
Great watch, gives me better control of my tasks during my day. I have already switched some things according to Desamber/Metric clock. Would be very nice to have it as a small widget on the widgets screen.
fun new way to perceive time and is very relaxing to sit and look at. i’m still trying to wrap my head around the concept and it’s fun to try to measure time in a different format. would love if there was a way to make this a watch face ☺️👍🏽
wonderful app, another way to perceive time
