I had purchased two same green colored orbis crossbody bag at the offer of 1499 for 2 and they delivered me a product which was so different from the image. The two bags had different shades and sizes, the stitching of one of them was not proper and a cheap quality belt was attached to one of them. It is so strange that the people out there did not even consider that they are delivering the same products out of which one is totally different and also you guys are selling one product for 1899, like seriously can you even justify the quality at this price. By selling it at a discount, you guys are just fooling the customers. I would suggest not to go for such overpriced products. In fact each and every product seems to be overpriced at this website. I thought the look and quality would be able to justify the same but i was highly disappointed from the purchase.

Request to all the customers out there never ever purchase any product from them. It’s the not the quality issue but the service issue. They made me wait for 10 days and after that again for 7 days and again they are asking me to wait for 7 more days. What’s the hell is this. I want this review to be seen by the CO’s of the company . Is this how you guys treat your customers. That too when the product has been prepaid. First of all it takes such a long time to get connected with your executives and even after it gets connected they keep you on hold for silly reasons after every 3 min of talking. Even after that your problems doesn’t gets solved . Really this is the worst online shopping app I have ever come across with. Don’t ever buy anything from here.

Hands down one of the best shopping apps I have come across with. I recently bought a handbag for my sister for her birthday. What I loved was the service I got. The bag got delivered to be before time. I get very confused when it comes to online shopping since I feel that usually the items aren't the same as displayed. But this time, this fear of mine has totally vanished. Not only the bag looks just like the picture, it has a very fine material too. I would totally recommend this app to everyone.
