Cyanide & Happiness (Legacy)

There are some technical issues currently resulting in unexpected behavior and degrading the app experience which should be addressed with priority: 1. The app crashes when you try to save an image to your Photos, because it never requests permission to access Photos. Something is going on with this. 2. The controls along the bottom are too far down on the iPhone X. It’s impossible to press any of them without activating the app switcher sliding bar. Apple’s iOS design guide explains the lower portion of the screen should not include user controls until a certain height due to this. 3. When you uninstall and reinstall, it still tries to redirect you to the Joking Hazard Kickstarter, which has been over for a long time. Aside from that, the comics are great! Future feature requests: 1. Improve the favorite comics feature to store the favorites in iCloud and sync across devices. 2. Categories for comics (character, topic, etc.) maybe through a hashtag system so one comic can apply to multiple categories. 3. Push notifications as soon as a new comic is posted. Sometimes I pull it up multiple times a day because it’s always a different time. You never know when a new one will post and have to check manually.

I want to start off by saying I love this comic. I've had this app for a while and I love going back at my favorites every now and then. However, the other review is correct; they are missing every other comic, more so in the very early months from its inception. In the more recent months, they are all present. The collection isn't complete, so that was why I gave it two stars less, but the remaining three stars are just for C&H overall. I love C&H, but please fix the missing comics!

This was my first app purchase, when I got my phone about 6 years ago. Sometimes the videos have trouble playing, but honestly, it's consistent, it's funny, and it runs smoothly every time I open it. I feel like after 6 years, people should know it is worth the few bucks it costs. I may be biased as these are my favorite comics, however I enjoy a lot of things on my phone and those often get deleted. This has been on the top of my app screen for the entirety of each of my smart phones. Best app ever.

Hi I am a long time user of cyanide and happiness and I love what you guys do but I do have a couple of complaints. The first thing is that I think there should be someway of refreshing be the dashboard (e.g. Pulling the screen down or a button). My second more major complaint is that for some reason, the last few months of comics have not been good. The jokes tend to be more obvious than usual and it lacks that cyanide and happiness flare that makes it so funny. Again, just a fan with some ideas and complaints. Thank you for reading this

The first thing I do when I wake up is check for a new comic, even before I check my emails or Facebook. I found this app years ago around 2012 and getting the paid version was not a mistake it's perfect in every way!!!!! If you use the lite version it's worth the pocket change to upgrade to help support the guys in everything they do!!!
