User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I like the app and being able to access the same things that I can on my laptop. Makes it very easy and convenient when you cannot get to your laptop or are experiencing problems with your internet (happened to me) and I was able to still do research and turn my homework in.
The app looked promising, I thought I would be able to access lectures and at least the ebooks for my classes; but no you can’t. You can pretty much only access your grades and a calendar. I’m better off logging in to the portal via my mobile web browser. Sorry to sound harsh, but it just doesn’t keep up with today’s mobile demands. Especially when the school is converting to ebooks which cannot be accessed via the app. Otherwise the app functions and performs well.
The app is basically a shortcut to the website...every icon opens safari web browser. If by accident you push the wrong icon, you’ll have to close the browser and open the app again. It’s easier to simply go to the website. The layout is also confusing. Needs work.
If your looking for an app to do your school work on and get into your current courses, THIS IS NOT IT. Why are we paying so much money per class and there isn’t even a solid app to login and do our studies, get with times CSU GLOBAL everyone uses there phones for everything.
The new version is terrible! Please bring back the old version. The new simply opens websites instead of having the functionality of an app!
