Cruise America

Really enjoyed the wealth of knowledge this app offered. However it looks like their last update crashed the videos. I am uninstalling and trying again, hoping that fixes the problem.

My friends rented an RV from everett wa to drive cross country they barley went from wa to Billings before they got there first flat tire. They couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t charge there phones and the gas tank was broken. Being sent out with a dirty RV and a full tank of gas they didn’t realize they would be in a month long nightmare. They waited over a day to get help. The door handle was broken and when the mechanic finally looked at the RV he had to fix the gas tank so they could get gas and replace the tire and there was no fuses they were all missing so he had to replace all the fuses. Then after two days lost off there trip they began there travels again. Just outside WI they get another flat tire that took a day to fix. They informed cruse America that they needed 3 new tires but they didn’t give them any options for the tires then they start again and heading back they get another flat tire In SD, stuck on the freeway with no shoulder they waited two hours for the guy to get to the. With not one but two tires, then the guy was like you need a tow so they waited for a tow. Another day lost. At this point they just are trying to get home and cruse American hasn’t offered any refunds or credits and it has been a nightmare for them.

Thank you to all the talented personnel at Cruise America who provided an experience that our family will never forget! With the app we were able to locate campgrounds, access to RV details and the rest. This truly is the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors. We will only use Cruise America RV’s for our camping needs.

This app is awesome!! The only true rv friendly app with every rv campground you can imagine. We left on our trip only knowing our destination. We found some great state parks to camp (one on a lake), dump stations, gas and water along the way no problem. Highly recommend this app

Someone needs to police these reviews more frequently. This app has been greatly improved recently and I would disregard all the year + old reviews. Excellent app.
