Creation credit card

Been your customer for about a year. The user journey before this app was a nightmare. I am so glad the app now exists: it was extremely annoying having to login through browser, pass security every time, even whilst using my phone, and relying on Safari tabs that logged me out all the time. Every other banking/credit card competitor (ex: Amex, Revolut, HSBC, Monzo) have extremely efficient apps for card and account management. Seriously, the Creation app is the best thing that happened during this covid19 pandemic. I was even considering closing my account for good before this, but the simplicity and convenience of the app made me change my mind.

Great App, has all the key features you would want from transactions to statements, I just wish you could have a push notification every time money was spent on the card like the Amex App, this is a good feature to check my spending and any other activities, look forward to the updates in future

Like some others I suffered the ‘Forbidden’ error when opening the app and not being able to get any further. However, 10 days later, not too bad as it was over Christmas and the New Year, I no longer get the error and have successfully registered my card. Now I look forward to push notifications and being able to request a credit limit increase in a future version...😀

Much easier to access than the web based app, straightforward to install and use. Couple of niggles so far which may get sorted out. 1. Unlike the web app it doesn’t appear to show the total of credits made to the account in the current month, as far as I can see you have to go back and add them up. 2. There is a facility to save details of a payment card but apparently only one, whereas I usually pay from 2 different accounts. I’ll see what happens next time I make payments from 2 cards. All in all a useful tool to keep track of spending. Update. The app has now saved both payment cards. I’m using the app a lot to keep track of spending and find it very user friendly.

A vast improvement on servicing my card through the Creation website. The interface is slick but the best thing for me is that payments are far easier to make through the app now, requiring much less faff than before. Wish this app had been released years ago but glad it is finally here!
