Will rate right in the middle based on 2 frustrations! First-app support is not only impossible...it’s in...don’t even know what language, not helpful AT ALL! Directly stems into Second-what is up with CHINAS NUMBERS?? They are 95+% accurate in 2 display screens, but the main display screen of just China being displayed says they are like 98% recovered yet they have 911 currently infected patients...the graphs themselves show they have less than 90...just odd that this hasn’t been caught, updated or brought to attention yet.

It matches up with all the data from the news and is pretty accurate. it updates Quite often and has some cool features such as the total count in the world and the country your located in, and it has an active map and and an article of what to do if you think you might be infected. it’s super easy to find what your looking for but the only problem i find with this app is that the map option is a bit slow. The map lags a bit and you do have to click on your city a few times before the numbers pop up, but other than that, it’s a good and effective app.

I like that the data is accurate and I can search various states my relatives live in... It would be nice if I could have a favorites category so I don’t have to manually search each state, everyday, or if I could choose to be notified daily as numbers change in the states I am following. Overall, the app eliminates my need to search various state websites—I truly appreciate that.

This is a very convenient app. I have a few issues/suggestions. I believe “current number of infected” should be placed in its own panel under “total confirmed cases”. Should mention that the graphs are a linear scale; the graphs will never curve. Should probably include a non-linear scale graph as well since many institutions have been mentioning a peak or flattening of the curve as a good sign that we are overcoming this pandemic. Tapping a panel should scroll you to its corresponding graph. The plots on the graphs do not seem to match the actual data. Example: Current number of infected is 842,316. The last data point on the graph is showing between 0.9M and 1.0M. Shouldn’t the point be between 0.8M and 0.9M? Graphs: Should reduce the zeros on y-axis by plotting in thousands or millions. Example: Y-Axis for “current number of infected” could be 0.1M, 0.2M, ..., 1.0M
