I was super excited to see that COTA was FINALLY rolling out a payment solution that doesn’t require cash because, well, this isn’t 1953 anymore and people haven’t carried cash around for a very long time now. That was a year ago, and this app STILL isn’t open to regular users, which is insane! I don’t know if COTA needs to hire a better systems integrator or what, but they’re getting ripped off by whoever they paid to design this system.

This is a really easy to use app. The other user didn’t realize that the previous one wasn’t for the general public. Now that it is released for everyone it is pretty cool. Although I still use cash sometimes.

Glad to finally have this APP open to us in the general public. Works like a champ! Super simple to use once you have your wallet set up and I like the “alerts” function to let you know of any bus service interruptions.

Now the app is open for regular user and very convenient

Please make this available for all. I can’t go to stops to get passes all the time, this will help me so much!
