First of all, I have ordered several times using this app, and was very satisfied of how good the quality was, especially compared to the low prices. The first time I ordered, I was worried about how slow the shipping was(took over 20 days), so I contacted customer service and they answered the day after. I was told that my order was being delayed from my area due to the mass quantity of packages from Black Friday/holiday sales. Usually for me, it takes anywhere from a week to 20 days maximum for a package to be delivered at my door. I believe this is an exceptional delivery time considering the package ships all the way from South Korea. There’s so much more to this app than my review, and I really recommend this to anyone who is interested in shopping for asian(Korean) clothes.

I had trouble delivery so i complained a lot with that with the customer service they answered quickly and helped me a lot. I was mad at first time but they answered my question right a way. Thanks it is worth it 👍

Be aware of their product prices. It went down after you purchased the item. Feel so terrible about seeing cheaper price while I pay them higher. l can get another dress or something with those money. Well, I changed my review from 1 star to 3 star because of an explanation from customer service(very smooth customer service) that the price changes due to exchange rates. However, I still believe it should have fixed price unless they are doing promotions. Even if it’s a promotional period, customer should have the right to get price adjustment.

Definitely very affordable clothes, some w/ questionable quality. But you get what you pay for. The delivery is ridiculously slow! I would submit questions to figure out why it was taking too long, and that too would take too long to be answered. Overall love the clothes, but the customer service and transit period could use some work. So if you order from here prepare to wait about a month to get your clothes, especially if your order is big.

I bought more than 10 clothes in there but I didn’t got my clothing yet. when i send mail to them they said, one store when a vacation so they can not send clothes until they come. So I refunded the some of clothes,but the problem is they still not sending to me its almost passing by 3weeks do nit buy at here and tell the others they are fxxx slowly
