User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Great app that makes it easy to read articles, download articles offline, and record CE credits. Would be nice to be able to more easily see what other content is in the financial analysts journal, like the way Bloomberg Businessweek structures their magazine app content. But very good and useful overall.
Worst thing about this app is that video links are often broken. On mobile, content will reflect that video is available, but when you go to watch you get nothing. This seems to happen most often if the content is older and possibly still in your bookmarks, but also happens frequently for newer content as well.
Please add the option to change font size and type
Using iPhone XS with most recent iOS and CFA app update and it still crashes.
