I’ve been subscribed to Captain U for about two months our so and I always had to log in through my internet. I looked up to see if they had an app and I downloaded it. However, when I tried to log in, it continued to say “login error” even though I would log in fine on the internet. Please Captain U fix this. This app really helps with undergrads and helps students be prepared to experience different ways to get into Universities.
Downloaded application and could not log in. Looked through reviews and it seems this problem was happening last year. It appears the company is putting this app on the back burner - which is what I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about installing this application who doesn’t have time to waste - try again next year!
If you have a CaptainU internet account for your Athlete or HS Sport...THIS APP IS NOT FOR YOU! The application information clearly says it is only for College Coach accounts. All other types of accounts cannot use this app.
I just got this app because of soccer and it keeps saying login error and I know I have been logging in fine because it works on my internet
This is a good app but it’s not letting me login in it keeps saying “ login era” come capital U we need this fix
