Found it confusing to try to upload my data so that it would be useful in tracking my treatment. I deleted it and will look for something else.

Thank you for your great and very suitable application, I use as an oncologist for my work. I wonder if you could add an option which’s adding a photo for each patient when I write medical history because I need to add histopathology report, & cross sections photos for C.T. Scan, Photos for M.R.I. that’s because I’m working in an underdeveloped country and we’re not supplied by the health bureau or ministry by any facilities or software for electronic patients data entry that’s why I’m searching on the internet for any ready-made software so I would be grateful for you If you update your app in a way that gives me the ability to compose or attach any photo with the patient info.

I downloaded this app to keep track of a few things and was pleasantly surprised, it has the capability to store many lab values and symptoms. Plus the interface is very user friendly.

I've tried a few and this is definitely the most useful so far. Easy to use and accurate.
