Where I have played this game for many years & know the rules ..you get these people who say things as they don’t want to play with you & never even give you a chance also the wild cards shouldn’t be melded as it such an unfair advantage ..duh I am a beginner ( on this site but am a good player )and will keep trying as where I love the game and interacting with real people ..I thing the owners should listen to the people who have serious concerns .. going down so your partner can see your hand , when you don’t have enough points ..and if you try to ask a question or be nice nice ...no ans..

Really fun game! Needs more options for playing style though! I’m used to hand & foot where black 3s are playable like any other card. Red 3s are -500 but a meld of exactly 7 is +3500 and where when you pick up the pile it’s the whole pile you’re picking up not top 7 cards! They need to add options to play with “house rules” also the game crashes a lot requiring you to re sign in & lose the game you were playing which needs to be fixed!!

The only way to earn free credits to play the game is to win. It is impossible to win when you receive 2 of every card or sometimes one of every card in your first hand while your opponent will receive 5 aces in the first hand or can lay everything down after 2 plays. Really? Not only that, I literally pick a card they need and is not in my hand 4 out of 5 times. I can actually predict what card that will pick up in order to make their clean meld. If I can’t win, I can’t play. Therefore, I have to pay to play. There is no possible way I can be dealt awful cards in the first hand every single time I play the game. What a scam!

Nice idea, but way off the mark. Having a connection issue costs you double in points. I never have connection issues when I play other games or when streaming. It also likes to pick my discard, in one case I could have gone out and it chose the card I could have used in a meld and discarded it. I ended up losing the game. It does not tell you the rules, you have to figure them out while playing. There are many different rules for Canasta, they really should tell you them up front. I will not be wasting my time on this app.

I really love this game, but the creator needs to work on a few things. How do we get a bad connection yet I can still receive notifications from other apps during game that supposedly has bad connection. Secondly, the game needs to be divided up based on language. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a player join my game and they can’t speak English. I’m no IT major, but I suspect that the game is overloaded causing it to crash. I was winning my game just now and it lost connection. Last straw for me. You guys need to get your app straightened out or I suspect a LOT more ppl will leave your game for another.
