Got some stuffs from IKEA and used Call4Van for the first time. The driver was friendly and helpful. I also learned that the service fee Call4Van takes from the driver is more reasonable than the other popular car-hailing app in HK. Gives me another reason to use this app again.

Ordered 4 times to bring my dogs to vet. All were fast responds and drivers are very nice and polite. The fare may be a bit higher than others but it is worth to pay for good services and safe trips.

It would be nice if the car plate number could be shown while the order is still in progress.

Use it for the first time. Confirm the order in less then 2 minutes. Driver arrived 10 minutes after taking the order.

Placed 2 orders today, both drivers provide great customer service. Price is reasonable. Keep up the good work, highly recommend Call4van to family and friends
