User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
The app has a lot to offer in theory, but they don’t seem to be updating it, there are bugs with the point system (you can circumvent this by using the browser for that, but that defeats the point of part of the App) there are a few more thing. Additionally not updating it to support native resolution for iPhone X. I still use the app, but needs work and updating. Also suggest adding support for Apple Watch, like an app to scan your barcode for checking on the watch.
I have been unable to get past the fact that the main screen says I have 0 checkins, when I go almost everyday and sometimes twice in a day. Also I have already joined perkville but it ALWAYS asks me to join perkville. I end up clicking join perkville every time I open the app because it's the only real way to see how many points I have. Thirdly, the app will not connect to my Facebook. I'm missing out on points because of the apps incapability of connecting to my Facebook. I understand that it's a work in progress, and can't wait for it to be working properly. Unfortunately, I'm only giving it 1 star because of my frustrations.
I agree with BikeMomma. You can't see class schedules at other clubs. There's no fast or easy way to view class schedules several days or weeks out. There is no way to see club hours for the next day or the week. There are no location specific announcements, such as temporarily closed facilities or parking issues/updates. The app seems to be tailored to the person who uses one club and is only interested in class schedules for that day at that club. The ONLY value I've seen with this app is it's usefulness when reserving a class space and checking for classes.
It sporadically worked for awhile, but was very inconsistent and crashed a lot. Now it won’t open at all. It shows a quick screen asking if I want to rate the app and then crashes. Over and over and over. I’ve reinstalled. I’ve restarted the phone. Looked for updates. Deleted other apps off my phone if it was a spacing issue... asked for help at the club. I’m nowhere. It flat out doesn’t work.
The new app is a huge improvement. A wonderful facelift containing all sorts of new functionality and easy access to view upcoming classes and workout tracking to keep you motivated! Great work.
