Love this app but every time I open it I’ve got to sign in. Doesn’t help when I’m the drive through and trying to order and get points. I’ve sent an email to the bk app feedback and got the will reply within 3 days and it’s been 3 months at least.

Long story short you need to ship up your staff. They had no idea what we talking about when we showed the Cashier at the till our online order number. They just asked us “what is that?” Then walked off and continued serving & doing other things. So we stood trying to find out what we ordered so we could tell the cashier our exact order, For some god forsaken reason she starts making a new order even when we told her we already ordered & payed online. Finally The manager brought our order out & then starts asking about “some other order” when we told her we didn’t order that we were telling the cashier our order we already payed for so she knew what was going on she got annoyed. The thing is this could have been avoided if they just communicated & listened no one told us to wait our order isn’t ready or anything so we thought we’d let them know what our order was so they knew, Because honestly they looks so lost and they didn’t communicate so I thought they didn’t know our order. It was our first time using online ordering it’ll probably be our last too. Try to encourage your staff to communicate please. I understand they might not be having a good day or things like that but they need to communicate with costumers. Like a simple “your order isn’t ready yet”

I deleted this app because it requires either an email registration or to go through Facebook. I chose the easy route - Facebook. But then it comes up with ‘oh noooo, please check if your Facebook account has a confirmed email account and that you didn’t remove the permission to share it with the app’. Why does this app need my email in order to use it? (To spam me every day of course). I’m done going to BK, the staff are extremely unprofessional, not the sort of people I want handling my food and this was just the icing on the cake. Off to Maccas where my email is not required.

The app said I’d get a free whopper meal with my first order so I added that to my main order. Showed no charge on the bill but I was still charged for it through my credit card! After complaining about this through bk app and through their main bk email, still haven’t got a response from them after 3 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app, or eating at bk in the future.
