Today I used this app for the very first time. The license verification was very quick. I booked a ride which showed 16 mins away. I reached that destination yet couldn’t find the bike. Atlast I found it in a different location. I would suggest you to improve the location tracking experience. I can understand some areas have network issues yet the location algorithm can be improved with improvised micro controllers and leveraging its potential with the application software. I would also suggest you to install a fuel indicator sensor to track the fuel available in the bike since when it is very low on fuel it stops suddenly which happened in my case today in the middle of Mysore road. I was unable to find a petrol pump nearby thus i had to park the bike at a safe location and also informed in the feedback that there is no fuel. The last thing which I wanna mention is to do something with the helmet locks. It just opens without any authentication thus anyone can press the button and take it away. It would be great if you interconnect the lock with the main lock panel so that people can only open the seat after providing the OTP. Thank you so much. I loved this service very much.

This is very good option available in bangalore for the people who need vehicle for short term and reach destination quicker. I have faced problem at times to find vehicle, though app shows its location. Once i had this experience when i couldnt open the helmet box due to which i opted to keep helmet and use it in next vehicle because sometimes the helmets are not available. Somebody stopped me on road saying they are from bounce and return them the helmet. I told the scenario and they said it was good decision. But i did feel angry because they were rude initially. I suggest Bounce to provide an option to snap after use to show where its parked after ride and keep the meter running unless photo is taken and uploaded, this way it will help penalise the defaulters. I saw punctured tyres, broken front and i really felt angry on those who do it. If ever i see a person doing i shall surely take a picture to get these stupids caught and punished, to serve justice. I have a suggestion: include nearby fuel pump stations for ease of ending up without fuel cases

Bounce treats it’s customers like god, they wouldn’t let go their customers. I’ve been using bounce for like 1 year and happy to see that it’s getter better and better day by day. Once I had to uninstall this app because of some issue of my mobile and then after some days when I installed there were many new rules and improvements made in it. As I was in a bit hurry I skipped to read everything and booked a ride. Later I found that I need to travel more so I have re-fuel it and used the bike. As I didn’t knew the new rule that I need to upload bill before I ended the ride without uploading fuel bill of 200₹. Later I approached support team, I mailed them regarding this but there was very slow response. I thought I lost the whole 200₹ and I did regret myself. Then after 1 month support team followed up, (Varsha) called me and I conveyed my issue , they understood my problem and refunded it. I felt very happy 😃 the way they look into customer’s problems. Thanks Team 🙏🏻

A great idea.. people should use it properly This is a great service but we (people) should use it in a better way .. credits to the company who has taken such an initiative. I see some vehicles parked in a haphazard manner and some in very bad condition, my request to the riders to take care of the vehicle and treat them like their own vehicle .. these guys have done such a wonderful job on trying to make our life simpler but in return we are in return taking least care about their vehicles. Someone had parked the vehicle in railway station parking and never returned!!!! Now those parking guys are not allowing the users to take the bike... guys be little responsible and use the service in a better way Congratulations to the app team , developers, QA, Business analysts and everyone who is part of this product. Hope people will use your service in a better way ... keep up the good job guys!!!

Was all excited to use bounce for first time and to my dismay it was 20 mins walk away from my home to start with.. after all it’s a bike after many years and prepared myself for a 20 mins walk midst of dusty roads and senseless bikers and cars honking all through.. late by a Sec, there is a cancellation charge, holding my breathe and pushing my self hard to reach my target.. BANGALORE roads are unique even a pedestrians are to wait for the traffic to clear.. my grit and determination brought me closer to the target location.. in fact I was also doubling up last few yards and a sense of satisfaction on my fitness levels.. all that great excitement turned out to be anxiety as I couldn’t locate my chariot for the dream ride.. then the ride was canceled and got an sms.. could equate my feeling to a missed flight that too on a first international trip.. called the number given in the sms but again more disappointing to note that I need to call a different number.. called that as well with the hope finding another bike.. but customer care is helpless too locating the missed bike.. anyways I ended up with an auto by paying extra bucks for the peak hour.. I pray god that bounce find that missing bike.. uffffffff..
