Book+Main Bites

I love to read...period. But I found that finding exactly what suited my tastes were hard to come by. I often bought a book, only to be disappointed. Once I found Book+Main, I discovered my world, all of the different versions of me. I could actually set the stage for what I wanted to read (specific categories such as suspense, alpha males, paranormal, etc.), read actual excerpts of the books (bites) from the authors themselves to make sure I loved their writing, buy the book, and finally was actually able to talk to the authors themselves about their book. What more can you ask from an app? I love Book+Main!

Book+Main is a treasure trove of opportunity for romance readers and authors alike. This is the perfect source to find new reads. Checking out bites from a wide variety of sub genres is both easy and free. As a debut author, Book+main provides an invaluable marketing opportunity. Advertising in the newsletter is affordable and provides exceptional exposure. After featuring a bite, my results were positively overwhelming. And the gals who manage the site are the best! So helpful and supportive. I highly recommend a visit to Book+Main. You’ll definitely find something you like!

I love this app and everything it does. Yeah there were glitches but the popularity of it made that happen. The developers worked tirelessly for days ironing them out and by night’s end things were running very smoothly. This is the first app of its kind where you’re not bombarded with promo stuff and where you can actually see Book “bites” and enjoy what your favorite authors are writing. It’s also a way to discover new authors and get a taste and feel for their writing styles as well. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

I am an avid reader and I can't for the life of me figure out why an app like this hasn't existed before now! It's so fun reading the little bites, especially when I don't have the time to read a full novel. I've also purchased a ton of books and found new authors through the bites. Getting a taste for their writing and style makes such a huge impact on my buying decisions! Overall, really love this. Not just as an author but as a reader. Brilliant!

Seems like it will be a ok app. There is no “help” tab/button either on this or their website. There is no way to see the list of authors on here after initial registration. This is frustrating. It froze on me while registering and only made it half way through and now there is no way to find authors on there with out scrolling through a feed. There is also no way to go to the top to switch feeds with out scrolling alllll the way back up. That’s very annoying. Lots of little things left out that would make this more user friendly.
